Cowdiar marketplace serves as a platform for buying and selling online services/proposals for. any individual around the globe irrespective of their age,gender,caste,nationality or religion. We are strictly observing our community and making sure that everyone is following our standard policies and no one is harassed or abused in any manner. Cowdiar team will take stringent actions to those who violates our community standards without prior notice.
Misrepresentation or Misleading Contents
Misrepresentation or issuing misleading contents is considered fraudulent action and thus the violation of community standards. Those who inhibit such actions will be indicted under Cyber crimes.
Transaction Guidelines
Cowdiar promotes paying for orders only via our Transaction Portal / DARE Wallet. We will not encourage you to make payments outside the system or via external channels. Cowdiar will not be responsible for any Payment related issues which do not follow our guidelines. Read more about Payments in our Terms & Conditions.
Communication Guidelines
Cowdiar is a platform with inbuilt messaging system. Buyer can connect with the seller using our
integrated messaging service to discuss and convey specific requirements and clarify ideas about the proposal. Personal information like Phone number, Email ID, Address, Identity Proofs, Transaction Documents, Certificates should not be exchanged with buyer/seller. Buyer or Seller
should only use our Cowdiar secure messenger service for communication purposes. If we. observe any suspicious activities beyond the specified guidelines will be considered as violation
of community guidelines. Cowdiar will not be responsible for any complaints apart from our standard guidelines.
Profile information
Users should only provide genuine information while registering to Cowdiar. You should need to submit ID proofs if we request you to verify the submitted information.
● Never Post a fake name, fake location, gender or photo in your user profile.
● Should not submit a fake ID Proof if asked to.
● Do not post fake content in your profile about skills or education.
NOTE : Faking user identity is considered as impersonification and treated as a violation of community guidelines. Cowdiar will ban such accounts without prior notice and will be indicted
under Cyber crimes.
General Guidelines
Contents / Proposals posted in Cowdiar marketplace by any user abide individual copyright. Make sure to maintain the following guidelines :
● Donot Copy service descriptions, quoted price and other specific details from other
existing users.
● Do not try to raise the quoted amount for a proposal after placing the order
successfully. Contact our support team if it occurred by mistake.
● Never hand over a project that you have obtained to someone else.
● You should only post Images / videos of proposals or send work samples that you own.
● It is important to keep the deadline mentioned for delivering the order in time.
● Only Submit Genuine details while posting proposals.
● Posting testimonial statements as public in Cowdiar is considered as a violation of standard policy.
● Cowdiar support team will make sure to assist users with assurance in outcome. We do not admire fake promises from the sellers offering services which are not in their control. We will suspend such sellers if we notice such suspicious actions.
● Do not ask for paid reviews, feedback from users unless they have the complete right to post reviews,ratings or feedback on their own after delivering the work.
● Cowdiar’s traffic analyzer will review traffic and engagement to each service / proposal and analyze fake traffic or engagements. We don't promote faking/manipulating vitals and will take necessary actions to whoever tries. By logging into the community and activating your profile, you are deemed to accept the terms and conditions listed above. Cowdiar has the complete authority to make necessary changes in community guidelines any time. We will take immediate action when we notice someone breaking these guidelines. Sometimes it just means giving someone a warning; other times we may revoke certain privileges or accounts entirely. We request all community members to report any behavior that violates our guidelines to customerservice@doodoly.com .
